Return and Refund
As a small business, we greatly appreciate your support and every single order. Therefore, we kindly ask you to choose your purchases carefully to avoid returns. For a small business, every return means additional effort and costs for us, which we would rather invest in improving our products. Your well-considered decisions not only help us, but also contribute to the sustainable strengthening of small businesses. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping!
Basically, the following applies:
Earrings are excluded from exchange due to hygiene reasons.
If, however, something is wrong with your piece of jewelry or you are dissatisfied, please inform us by email at hello@kanijune.de. We will of course try to help you. If you do not like a piece of jewelry, you can return it to us unworn and undamaged if desired. If you have paid the shipping costs for the original order, these cannot be refunded.
A fee of €3.50 will be charged for all returns by post, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded. If you received free shipping due to a minimum order value of €60 and this is exceeded due to a return or partial return, a return shipping fee of €6.00 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method. We kindly ask that you return the items clean and unworn. For undeliverable packages that are returned to us with free shipping, a fee of €3.50 will also be deducted from the refund amount.
If the package is not picked up at a DHL branch, the order will be returned to us. In this case, the additional shipping costs can only be credited in the form of a voucher for the amount of the product. For an additional fee of €3.50, we will resend the order.
How to return an item:
Send an email to hello@kanijune.de with your order number (see order confirmation) and explain the reason for your return. We will then send you a return label as soon as possible, which you can use to return your order to us. As soon as your shipment has been received by us, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs using the same method you used to pay.
Take the package with your return label to your nearest post office. Important: You cannot drop off the package at a parcel station or DHL shop, as it is a small parcel that can only be dropped off at a post office.
