General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contract partners, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase agreement is concluded with Kanijune, Engtrade GmbH.

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your order.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The following languages are available for concluding the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further details regarding any applicable shipping costs can be found with the offers.

We only ship via postal service. Unfortunately, in-person pickup is not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel collection points.

5. Payment

In our shop, you can generally use the following payment methods:

PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the shop, we will instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will then be automatically processed by PayPal. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Credit card
By providing your credit card details, you can pay the outstanding invoice amount directly during the ordering process.

Klarna invoice
When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and always have a payment deadline of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for purchasing on account can be found on the Klarna website. The online shop does not charge a fee per order for purchasing on account with Klarna. Klarna checks and evaluates your data and, in the case of legitimate interest and reason, maintains data exchange with other companies and credit agencies. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as stated in Klarna's privacy policy for Germany. 6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery driver immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to make a claim or contact us will not affect your legal rights and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, it will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
• in case of injury to life, body or health.
• in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
• in the case of a guarantee promise, to the extent agreed, or
• to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.

Furthermore, claims for damages are excluded.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
