As a small business, we greatly appreciate your support and every single order. Therefore, we ask you to choose your purchases carefully to avoid returns. As a small business, every return means additional effort and costs for us that we would rather invest in improving our products. In general, the following applies:

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

However, if there is anything wrong with your piece or you are dissatisfied, please let us know by sending an email to hello@kanijune.de. We will, of course, see what we can do for you. If you don't like a piece, you can return it to us unworn and in undamaged condition upon request. If you paid shipping for the original order, this cannot be refunded.

A fee of €3.50 will be charged for all returns sent by mail, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The shipping of the original shipment is non-refundable. If you received free shipping due to a minimum order value of €60, and this is exceeded due to a return or partial return, a return shipping fee of €6.00 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed using the same method used for payment. We ask that returned items be clean and unworn. For undeliverable packages returned to us with free shipping, a fee of €3.50 will also be deducted from the refund amount.

If the package is not picked up from a DHL location, the order will be returned to us. In this case, the additional shipping costs can only be credited in the form of a voucher for the amount of the product. If a surcharge of €3.50 is added, we will resend the order.

Here's how to return an item:
Send an email to hello@kanijune.de with your order number (found on your order confirmation) and explain why you'd like to return an item. We'll then send you a return label as soon as possible, which you can use to send your order back to us. Once we receive your shipment, we'll refund the amount, minus the shipping costs, using the same method you paid.

Take the package with your return label to the nearest post office. Important: You cannot drop off the package at a parcel station or DHL parcel shop, as these are small shipments that can only be dropped off at a regular post office shop.
